Returns

Return and Exchange Policy at Pets Planet.pk:

We gladly accept items for exchange or return with full credit within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Please note the following guidelines:

Refund of Shipping Charges:
We do not refund shipping charges unless an incorrect item was sent. Zoomies reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

Exclusions:
Custom orders and Final Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

Price Adjustments:
Requests for price adjustments with the original receipt will be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and is marked down within 7 days of receiving your package.

Conditions for Refund:
A credit will be issued for the purchase price of the returned or exchanged item provided it is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Include the packing slip or a copy of the transaction with your return.

Return Shipping:
Ship your Return or Exchange via a traceable shipping method such as Tcs, FedEx, or insured PPS (United Pakistan Postal Service). Keep the Return Tracking Number until you receive your refund. Return shipping charges and insurance are the customer’s responsibility.

Bounced or Undeliverable Packages:
The customer is responsible for any shipping charges on bounced or undeliverable packages.

Refund Process:
We will apply your refund to the original form of payment within 2-3 business days of receiving the return. Pets Planet.pk will notify you via email to the address listed on your order when the refund has been applied. Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
